The AM is a total oblivious idiot whose basis for promotion is truly questionable. Favourtism is her middle name. Promotions are based on who she likes on a personal level rather than actual merit. Who's ever heard of getting promoted to ass man a day after your grill? Having never run the front, EVER?!? There are some truly deserving and hardworking individuals in this region and hopefully they won't leave the company because of these screwed up politics.
