NO. My intention is to possibly steer people towards a better job than Enterprise. I went to the final interview w/ E, and then found this site- or I may have been working there- 50 hour weeks for 30K?

I feel maybe my experiences at Wells will help someone who does not want to rent cars find something else and make more money. I ended up making 44,650 my first year there, only 1,500 was OT, and that was my discretion.

I am very truthful- yes telemarketing is the majority of this job, but they also teach you how to run a branch- you also meet with clients and go over their financial situations. I have closed mortgages on my own, ran the branch for a week while the manager was on vacation- I am now a notary public and have an insurance license. It is a good name to have on your resume as well. Also, that 3500 cap on bonuses just got raised to 10k for 06.

Sales isn't for everyone though. In fact it isn't for me. I am getting burnout lately from countless hours telemarketing and a micromanaging boss. But, I used the experience I got there- and now am about to be offered a position at GE as a commercial loan portfolio analyst, making a good deal more than I make at Wells.

Like I said I am simply trying to give an alternative to Enterprise- The good thing about Wells is I had the spare time to find a new job, go on interviews. They give you 20 days paid time off right on hire.

And you are not "bragging" about money when you are telling people you made in the mid 40's. It is really not that much, especially when you count on bonuses for a good deal of it which you can't rely on to budget. If I was touting six figures, now that would be bragging!!
