first of all, i just have to say i heard about this site and am not supposed to be on here. but i just have to say after wasting 45 minutes of my life i figured out one thing that this is a site for people who where either non - hackers at enterprise or you just did not have the skills or buy in to make at erac. the job or all the "horror stories" you guys talk about did not make you quit. yourseves and your mental capacity made you quit. everybody always thinks it is greener on the other side but there is a reason why erac is # 1 and there is a reason why it has grown every year. yes there are problems and yes there can be revisions to the business model and employee pay and so forth. but no other company and i have worked for 2 reward people and take care of their performers like erac. there is always more money to be made and always less hours that can be worked but those of whom who work for erac and follow there managers and leaders in management don't fail. most of you should look at yourselves and not blame erac for your misfortunes or lack there of mental ability to handle all the multi tasking job fucntions and bs that goes on during the day. wake up and realize it is your own faults that you have nothing else better do then come on here and trash somehwere that you could not hack it!
