What mindless jargon is that? Honestly, I understand your upset but if you're still there, thats you're dumb ass. Either suck it up or quit. I worked in GP 21 for about 7 months and I got fired for some b.s. but I think it was a cover up to protect the retention rate. After all is said and done, everyone knew I was getting my ducks in a row to prepare to leave and it slipped to upper management. It's business and business is business. Thomas does what he has to do and he has been through being an MT, just like you, and has endured hard work. Jennifer is a good person and I never spent much time talking to Fagan so I can't say much about him but he seemed ok. My point is there is no need to bash out your co-workers or your management because your not happy with where your at. I guess being a mother pushed me to say to you be the better person and know that bashing others isn't going to get you anywhere. A book I once read stated that the only thing you have control over is your own actions and your actions are ddirectly related to your results. Don't make the mistake I did and wait until it's too late, if you want to leave then leave, stop taking time from your happiness. Don't get me wrong, I think that ERAC is a good company if your willing to work the hours and "true" give up your personal life like all the other forums say but this site shouldn't be used to talk bad about people or further more put there names on blast. I'm assuming you're a college grad so act like one. BE A MAN! When I got fired I had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders because I didn't want to be known as a quitter but my advice to you is if your not happy they will know it one way or another, in your actions, your morale, or your attitude and they will find a way to get rid of the bad apple that doesn't believe in "THE DREAM".
