It sounds like they're making tiny fists in their pockets.

Failing Enterprise has been at it for 26 months now, and we've been in contact with Enterprise's attorneys from the start. My attorney and I have worked very hard from the beginning to ensure we're not violating any of their rights and we're confident that we are not. It's too bad that you have to hire an attorney to back you up, and it's a bit surprising to many people that this is true, but just because some big company is unhappy with what you say doesn't mean they can successfully sue to have you shut down.

Most people don't have the knowledge or the money to punch at their weight when someone like Enterprise comes after them, but if you do, you can carry on and enjoy your First Amendment rights unmolested. It's a great country! I wish Enterprise would rejoin mainstream American business.

I've only heard of Enterlies.com as a previous web site, and I know that Enterprise bullied the owner into shutting down. I'm curious if there have been others.
