Boy I am so glad that I don't work at ERAC anymore, you guys are fighting like children. Everyone needs to grow up and realize if you take a job with ERAC things will go wrong, it is a poorly run company with drunk college grads running the show. If you are over 25 ERAC loses its appeal and it is time to move on to a CAREER. Who in their right mind would want to rent and wash cars for a living or better yet sit in a cubicle in admin and collect money on bad deals and get no appreciation what so ever. I understand everyone's pain, cause ERAC sucks but be a big enough person to learn that all ERAC is good for a spot on your resume.
