The truth is not that the BM will backslide and lose the account, but that someone else (once this BM gets promoted) will come in and take his place and f- up the account. Great effort for a thankless company, but kudos for the BM doing his job. He has shown that he can win their business, but can the BM and his successors keep the Bodyshop's business. That will be the test.
