This is true as shit and was in the Chicago Tribune like a year ago. Not a DUI but if it wouldv'e been, this dude would still be alive. I guess he went to an 'EOM' and drove home from the 'function' got home at like 3 am or some shit, doesn't want to wake his parents, so he goes in to the side window to his room, gets in and BAM BAM BAM shot three times DOA!

Turns out he was so fucking wasted, he was @ his NEIGHBOR'S house and was climbing into the window of the neighbor's DAUGHTER. Dad heard the ruckus and got strapped to bust a cap. Sees the figure coming in a shoots the guy TWICE in the neck and once in the chest!

The neighbor is up on involuntary manslaughter or some bullshit, but it's wasn't his fault and everyone knows it, he thought it was a legit prowler, the shitty part is that the neighbor kew this guy since he was a kid, the neighbor's daughter and the ERAC'er played together as kids, so the neighbors feels like shit too.

I think about that when I go to these fucking 'EOM's' and see these dumb fucks drinkin it up, fucking moderation, if these assholes practiced MODERATION in their lives (sell-ups, DUB, ESQI, etc) I think alot of ERAC's issues would be solved.

Guy was out of branch 15-- was like 23 years old or some shit.
