Obviously there is a reason why you are still getting up in the morning and going into work.

I will tell you the real world sucks. I am only assuming that you have just recently graduated from some post secondary institute..and his is your first real job? This position is about working hard, developing managerial skills and abilities..and taking the opportunities it has to give you..if you work for it. Nothing in life is free..nothing great comes without some sacarfice. This position can sometimes suck really bad, but so does everything else in life..and that it what it is.

I believe you have already made up your mind..so what is stopping you? It seems to me that you are looking for the right answer...and looking for someone to say.."This is why you should stay" I don't understand why people talk about quitting..then stay. Why not just leave? Do yourself a favour..your obviously not happy. Why would you spend this time in your life unhappy? You only get to do it once..so do it right. If you want to feel what success is really about..then you should be a little more positive about the things that you can do..and the things you can control.No one is stopping you..but you. And please do not make fun of those that are (as you think) less fortunate because they did not complete highschool...(as you might think) and work in a dealership. Some of the most successful people I know work in dealerships...and own bodyshops. That kind of success comes from passion and dedication..and lot of hours plus hardwork.
