see? that's why I like your posts, they make me laugh...even if it's self-deprecating, I appreciate humor in most forms. Too bad you're not at ERAC, I'd complain about you specifically in the ESQi call, "realitycheck sucks. He gave me a dirty car with high miles and it smelled like smoke. He told me to 'suck it up'."
I actually did get an ESQi call last time I rented and I was friends with the manager so I gave him a shout out by name. His Area Manager gave him a pat on the back in his new branch for excellent customer service. Got to love it.
