Oh My God!! That is all ass backward thinking. Accountability is really important....but it's important not just for the bad stuff, but for the good too.
What ever happened to trying to catch people doing the right thing?
What ever happened to making a huge ass deal out of the people who were being good rather then looking good?
That is where they are going wrong. You can't just beat people down for doing the wrong thing. You have to tell them what you expect...show them how to do it......and then give them every opportunuty to catch them doing it right so you can hoot and holler about how they rock!!
Yes, if they fuck it up...hold them accountable. But for the love of God set them up for success, not failure.
This is all classic behavior when people know their ass is in the meat grinder.
