Because he's been screwed over more times than I can count. He's a stand up guy, and anyone who has had the pleasure of working with him will probably agree. Ok, so his sense of humour is tough to get right away for some, but he was the type of guy who would stand up for any of his employees, no matter what. I know he doesn't know how to use the internet so I doubt he'll see this so I'll call him instead, but I just wanted to wish him luck in his next venture. I am sure he will excel.
