Thanks reality check...Another thing which really upsets me is the immorality of it all.I have seen enough of my manager "baking" tickets all day long and lying to customers about where thee car is.I am so honest with them now.If someone has a low deductable and is in it for a day or two I just say forget it.I have also gone 2 months without an upsell.A record I believe! My manager keeps saying..."turn it around today"....@#%$ off! You turn around and bend over like I do everyday for you and your managment weasels. You know what.....Its the customer I feel sorry for most as well.We all hate enterprise and that must reflect in the service. |
