failing admin, insurance companies actually love enterprise no matter what you tell them because in the present erac is the only who can handle the volume of claims filed! win for the big "e" (no i am not smoking crack) and why would an insurance company think erac is a criminal? i mean hell insurance companies are nothing more then legalized extorters if that is a word. the insurance business and credit card companies are like a casino and there legal so what is wrong with erac trying to make money. why is there not a site for insurance companies? keep in mind admin i agree with alot of what you say but i am just playing devils advocate and trying to make a point that there other businesses supported by the government that border on criminal behavior and rip people off a lot worse then enterprise rent a car i mean you have to give me at least that much! i don't even think erac rips people off because there is an account designed to give money back and if someone feels they are wronged they call and if they do get their money back by the first guy someone higher will give them their money back plus more! try that with a credit card company or ins company or even a casino and you will not see a dime actually credit card comp will let the juice keep going until you pay, ins companies will drop you and a casino will suck every penny from you and not care. erac will give you a 50% coupon on you next rental for no reason. that is my comparison maybe a little lame but there is some truth to that.
