Do you think your management team is a failure? What are they missing? What do they need to change or who do they need to write-up and /or fire? Many employees have had suggestions but their area, branch and ass. managers have either had no time for them or thought they knew what was best for the branch. As well educated employees we can add value to the group as a whole. We are the front lines and it is us who take care of the most problems.
