Honestly, if you have a cash rental go bad, did you alert your ARM ( i say ARM because thats what they are) when they were $100 behind? Did you have a full cash qual sheet backing up the customer? If you didn't write the ticket, did you audit the deals at the end of the night to make sure your trainees are underwriting.
