It's got nothing to do with being a scam artist. The guy has a legitimate complaint. But the fact that's he's a former marine and his wife writes church hymns has nothing to do with the issue he's going through. When people are trying to prove a point (especially one that shows they have been violated in some way), they often exaggerate, embelish, or add unnecessary bits of info to try and sway people into taking their side. All he has to say is he's some customer that is being charged for tire damage that is not his fault. I just have seen similar irrelevent details mentioned time and time again on this site and while I was working there. Maybe if you weren't so fixated on flexing your internet muscles, trying to get the names and addresses for the branch when EVERY random customer comes on the site to explain their plight, you would notice these subtleties.
