But it does. People here are accusing him of lying about his experiences and basically trying to scam Enterprise. They're questioning his integrity. He's explaining he's got a proven record of being an honest guy. Being a former Marine counts for something. Being a loss control employee counts against. You do the math.

If this was all he had to say, then he wouldn't be posting here, would he? His issue would have already been solved. He's only here because calmly explaining the facts to Enterprise is an exercise in futility.

He doesn't come across as a "random" customer. He sounds like a reasonable guy who got screwed by Enterprise and he wants to make things right, just like me. Maybe if you weren't trying to be such a negative sourpuss all the time and assume the worst in customers all the time, you'd notice these subtleties.
