If this was all he had to say, then he wouldn't be posting here, would he? His issue would have already been solved. He's only here because calmly explaining the facts to Enterprise is an exercise in futility. He doesn't come across as a "random" customer. He sounds like a reasonable guy who got screwed by Enterprise and he wants to make things right, just like me. Maybe if you weren't trying to be such a negative sourpuss all the time and assume the worst in customers all the time, you'd notice these subtleties. |
I never accused him of scamming. His story is believable to me. All the extra detail that was in his first post wasn't really to combat any attack on his integrity since he was the first one to start the thread. And to be honest, I wasn't really trying to go after him. He seems fine....a little uptight...but a stand up guy. Customers exaggerrate. It's that simple. Again, I'm sure this guy has a valid complaint. Never said he didn't. I was just using some of his posts as an example.
And your last line is funny. I asked this guy this same question: Have you ever worked an extended period of time in retail? I would doubt it, based on your attitude every time a customer comes on here. They're not ALL right, ya know? The company sucks. Most employees aren't trying to fuck over a customer. And not every customer tells you the story the exact way it happened. Maybe if YOU weren't so full of yourself and so enamored with the super hero status you've given yourself, you'd notice that.
