I can't speak for your HR person, but I can tell you when I worked for E it was a tough gig in HR. Think about it, Recruiters burning out desperate to keep up with the constant need to hire people.. How would you like to stand on campus every day and have some student come up to you and ask "Do you do discount rentals for students?"

As for HR, give the poor guy a break. Talk about a thankless and frustrating job.. people quitting for the same reasons all the time. ERAC sucks. I'm glad to be gone.
