Precisely. You're gonna find hard times everywhere. Ecars gives many people the opportunity to advance themselves and get some credibility on their resumes, although not as much as you would have expected based on an interview.
Take what you can out of it... I've always referred to them as "transferable skills", meaning best put to use elsewhere.
