$5 says your underwriting on the deal wasn't legit, that your callbacks weren't up to date and that your ARM wasn't notified. You didn't play by the rules. If you made a mistake and took it upon yourself to fix it, thats fine, but admit that, and don't expect a pat on the back.

I don't know Donnie all that well, but I know that a lot of managers blame their ARMs for stuff that is in their control.
You got hot under the collar, you wrote a letter, and you quit... you could have talked to Rod about it, or Mindy, or Duwyn, but you CHOSE to go about it in an innappropriate way....We all make mistakes and we're all guilty for judgeing other who make mistakes, but sometimes you gotta let it go, otherwise you obsess over it for the last 6 months to the point that you check this website everyday for what people might be saying about you....
I read this website to make my store better... I take what i learn here, and I make sure that the bad stuff doesn't happen in my branch....Its kinda what Admin has always hoped for from this site, but if only more Managers took some of this advice
