Unfortunately I've seen people fired for any one of the above. There is a thin line between snitching and "responsible reporting". Calling someone out on a website for something that I would consider minor is pretty immature. I think the best advice a manager ever gave me was "Work every day like we're being audited today" That seemed to work....not that I was an angel 100% of the time when I was with ERAC.
