You got hot under the collar, you wrote a letter, and you quit... you could have talked to Rod about it, or Mindy, or Duwyn, but you CHOSE to go about it in an innappropriate way....We all make mistakes and we're all guilty for judgeing other who make mistakes, but sometimes you gotta let it go, otherwise you obsess over it for the last 6 months to the point that you check this website everyday for what people might be saying about you.... I read this website to make my store better... I take what i learn here, and I make sure that the bad stuff doesn't happen in my branch....Its kinda what Admin has always hoped for from this site, but if only more Managers took some of this advice | It seems that the real point of your post is to show what a good little boy you are. You follow all the Erac rules and you even pat Admin on the back for this site which helps you run a better store. Aren't you just so peachy keen and wonderful - seems that you're worried what people think of you! Yet, you can't keep all the facts straight in your argument -- what you've written is rife with contradiction -- and you weigh in on issues of which you have little or no knowledge. Indeed, you don't even know where to focus your condemnation. Wow, you must be one helluva manager! |
