it is really not a cult mentality. Michelle Rewards those that embrace the culture she tries to create. It is a succesfull culture and peoplegetpromoted because they havebetter number. She also will hang a carrot out there and deliver once the task is completed.. Most group manager either do not hang a carrot or if they do it is rotten.. Michelle is a great leader
