You have to assume that much like in any large company you have good leaders and those that are not so good. Simply because people really like a specific member of upper management does not mean they are brainwashed or robots.

When I was with the company there were a number of people whom I admired and greatly respect to this day, and there were some bumbling idiots.

Just like on this board you have some people who can effectively voice an opinion and cordially disagree with another person, you also have some people who simply rant and shout profanity, thus showing their lack of intelligence and moral fiber. However, that doesn't represent the entire board. Same thing at ERAC.
