I'm not worried at all what people think of me, if you knew who i was in the company you'd definately agree. I choose to run my business the way they tell me to so that I don't have to worry whats going on when I leave the branch.
That post was a bit scattered, but there is simply so much negativity on this site its hard to counter it all at once.
