Look the truth is--- Enterprise is slave labor--- BUT-- if you can get through a couple of years of crappy pay and long hours and the worst kind of dealing with stupid people you can make a decent amount of money and use them for your resume to get into a better company. The entry level job sucks-- it just does-- long hours in the rain and snow washing cars-- working 6 days a week for really no pay. (the people at mcdonalds make about the same wages initially). Most of the people who work there are mediocre jerks looking for a mall police type of power in a world where they couldnt get into a real company. But some are great and may make it all worth it. Id say its not for MOST people. But 1 out of every 100 people love it and work there forever. Just know that no matter what they tell you.....its 50-60 hours a week, outside in every kind of weather while you are overdressed to wash cars, the pay is insulting, and so are the rules they make you follow, BUT if you dont mind all that-- in 5 to 7 years, you will either have a career you enjoy or GREAT resume material (other companies know how enterprise treats its suckers...uh i mean employees and loves to get them after they leave cause they are happy with almost situation). Good Luck
