S.P just doesn't have it in her to "shut up and take it". It's called BACKBONE! She doesn't whisper her comments behind closed doors.

Accounting has a 1-3 year turnover rate (get in, get some experience, and get out). I'd say S.P is right on track. When she leaves - she'll be replaced by someone else who'll leave in 1-3 years...it's just how the cycle goes.
