Re: Working through lunch, not getting paid for it not too long ago there was a class action suit in grp 32, grp 23, grp 30 and Hawaii that made assistants exempt which meant they punched the clock. i believe this was common in most grps but for us in grp 32 it was different. now mgrs had to pay assts to help on repos (very common in 32), and as far the run forget it, assts were getting paid off the clock and some kind of bonus on revenue. all this from not letting assts go to lunch and making them open and close while bm were out "marketing". give em hour! its the law in ca |
