Default Re: Ex-erac Employee Speaks Out

Yes, the normal person can be adversely affected after 1-2 years at ERAC. Ever noticed that most of the "highly successful" level 3 and above employees are also some of the biggest tools as well? For those of us who came to our senses and moved on, we are the people who will be far successful in the long run than an ERAC counter-monkey will be.

Not only that, but a crack addict (no, really--I'm not joking; he was fired for stealing later on after I left, but was the best of buds with the Group rental mgr) beat me for branch manager position even though his exposure was through the roof and all I did was have the highest ESQi in my entire region for 5 consecutive months and worked my ass off until it was raw. I think that ERAC ruined me in a way. I have never been so close to going "postal" on anyone in my life.
