I'm not seeing anything in the message that violates our Terms of Use, so I'm not going to delete it. I'm not going to delete messages merely because they disagree with me; I want all sides of the conversation to get heard here.
I've heard that Enterprise hires 7,000 new college graduates each year, maybe that's what you heard, instead of 7,000 employees short? They can set the salary and working conditions and we have a flexible labor market; they can get precisely as many employees as they're willing to pay for.
