Not everyone that leaves ERAC does so because they got fired or couldn't get promoted. Some of us actually seize the opportunity to make more money with less nonsense when such an opportunity presents itself. By no means am I jealous of you. It is obvious that your cage is "rattled".
I don't know who "the snitch bitch" is, but I have a liking for any fat-ass whore who will sleep with her boss in order to advance her own husband's career. I can place her in the same scenario she was in when "the snitch bitch" was with ERAC.
