I worked for erac for 3 years and watched jerk after jerk get promoted based on who liked who and how much ass they kissed. I was told early on that erac gave "performance based promotional opportunities" but I guess that's what they need to say to get young college kids in the door and on the chain gang. I truly bought into the erac life and was one of their biggest cheerleaders for years. I was impressed when they gave people that had messed up a second chance b/c not alot of companies will do that. Well, when I made my first screw up after 3 years, suddenly you don't get second chance!! (if you haven't kissed enough ass). I bled green for these assholes and made them god-knows-how-much money, only to have them force me to quit for one mistake! I, like demer, know how much it sucks to really love a company and have them turn around and shit on you at a moments notice. To all current and new employees: BEWARE! Kiss as much ass as possible or face the consequences!!!!
