The message sounds like an employee's voice mail prompting. Sounds like some gliche in the phone system. Maybe your phone number is similar to an employee's number in the enterprise administration office. It sounds more like a problem that the phone company should look into further. Is this ringing in to your work phone or personal phone? If it's work, see if your company can give you a new extension. If it's your home number, it might just be easier to change your phone number. Either way, it will much simpler than getting an attorney involved. You'd just be wasting your money.
