It's different if you are a new manager. My branch had several corp accts that had about 30 vehicles on rent for the last 2 years. The businesses could no longer support renting vehicles and made some changes that were out of our control. Needless to say my commisions were based on the previous years income. Around 36,000 more per month with the accounts. I'm not located in a large economic growth area. It's not that easy to just find another 30 customers to rent yearly.
Therefore ERAC should take a look at my avg for the last 6 months and adjust my pay plan accordingly. I don't have any control over large business decisions that other companies make. |
