 scammed
I was recently scammed myself by an Enterprise. The car I rented was backed up against a major highway that made you walk real close to the car, there was damages I didn't see under the back bumper (they didn't offer a mirror). I am now being charged $400 for something that happened before I got the car. When I confronted the employee that original walked the car and that now found these scratches he agreed that when walking close like we did you wouldn't be able to see. These are not my damages. Now what are my recourse? |
