Even if you're in Mt Vernon, Bellingham, or wherever, there is always some dealership with loaner cars, some new corporate account to steal away from the competition, or some locals who never considered renting a car for 9.99 a day on the weekends rather than drive there old beat up pick 'em up truck. You just have to be tenacious and creative and have the desire to git r dun.
