I rent a POS chevy aveo hatch for ONE day while my Maxima is in the shop for some warrenty work. When i picked it up this 17yr old kid looked the car over with me etc....said he was sorry it wasnt clean (it was coated in salt) well, what do i care right, i say its ok, and i leave. Go to work, park it in a safe ramp, and the same cars i parked between were there when I left. Bring it back, the same kid takes a walk around then I see him wipe off the rear fender and look at it...I was like oh no you didnt.

He tells me "remember when we walked around the car and saw there was no damage, well theres a small dent on the rear, come out and look" He said we looked at it pretty good and it wasnt there before. I calmly said I disagree. I go back in and this other kid is typing into the computer as I tell him how this is impossible he was just like ok, ok, ok...as if he didnt want me to make a scene (im sure they have had lots of scenes). Long story short, he finds out it was previously reported...so now rthey confirm its not me. They need to get their damn act together and document shit and clean the damn cars.

I would have cancelled my credit card and never paid a dime if they tried anything anyway, but I wont rent from them if its up to me. Im glad I didnt pay for this juvenile service, this is what happens when 16 and 17 yr olds handle things.
