For the 50th time, I did not act like an asshole at the branch...the main problem is they rented me a car with a dent and do not have the controls in place to prevent false accusations. It is bad business however you look at it...there should be some type of flag in the computer system to populate the new sheet they fill out to note pre-existing damage..then nobody would even have to fucking worry...it would be there for every customer following, and when its fixed, take it out of the system. Sounds simple, you'd think a company like enterprise could implement this.

And as for all you crazy crackpots on here, based on you're disturbed posts its no wonder you could not cut it at enterprise, perhaps you should try something a little easier and less stressful....Wal*Mart greeter perhaps?
