Truth to the Jen thing, seeing as it is me, i think i know the deal....just to clear up any confusion for you people-AND get the facts known.

My last annual review was complete lies. Andy used 3 different "sets" of numbers to judge my performance (fiscal year, cal year, and then combo of each including H7). In EACH AND EVERY INSTANCE he used the set that reflected the worst performance, and I could PROVE it. I went back, recalculated the numbers, went to Tudella and had them do a new review. That's how it all started....

THEN, I went to a lawyer and had them formally draw up a complaint letter (sent to corporate) and sat there and waited...the day the letter was signed for at corporate (that same hour actually) i was called to admin and let go. Tudella said that it was obvious that i didn't want to be there. I told him "gee, how perceptive you are" and peaced out.

My lawyer filed a complaint and all the chumps (tudella, stahl) had to go give sworn statements about the stuff that went on....the best part of the whole thing is that i got copies of it all (great lies to cherish forever...and REALLY laugh at). My lawyer requested transcripts and sworn statements of everything and gave me copies. I even got my ENTIRE employee file, which ironically was FILLED with praise from everyone....cept Stahl. Even Paula commented on how "odd" that was...

Its insane to see what is in the file...they had to show records of everyone they let go that year and give the reason, let's just say even MORE lies!!! I almost felt like i was reading this secret documents from the erac vault...it was definitely worth every penny just to get that in the mail...hundreds of pages and lots of humorous content to read.

For the record, that passing out on the desk thing and the new hire story (as stated above) is the funniest thing i have ever heard....not even an ounce of it is true. Guess that might have been part of the lie/coverup story. :) Honestly don't care what anyone says, as long as its a LITTLE close to the truth....only reason i even knew about the comment is cause i got a text saying "hey, your name is on the erac site" and my curiousity got the best of me....CAUSE I STILL LIKE ERAC DRAMA... :)

One last note..Kevin V and I were DATING for over a year...slightly more noteworthy than simply "BANGING." And sorry, no sleeping with LCAM's for me...although not a bad idea for when i write the novel!!!
