Slave, my apologies. You're right the real douche is the guy that started out this thread. He sounds like the guy that had a Mercedes in the shop, and upon further questions it was discovered it was an 86' Mercedes. I swear this happened all the time. A guy would roll into the branch and have 82' BMW in the shop, and expect a 2005 in return from insurance company. I hate these people, and then their ccard would promptly decline for $25. These people make retail unbearable, and are a big reason why is was such a crappy job. By the way, I never heard of a quadruple wide, but it sounds luxurious.
