We once had a guy come in and we needed two bills in order to do the cash qual. One of the papers he brought in was his court papers showing that he was being charged for stealing and leased/rented automobile, and the second form was the collections agent bill for the car he stole from one of our competitors. Strangely both forms of Identification were related to one another, and NO he did not qualify to rent a car from us.
