That toilet remark was too funny. I had mine exit interview, you must go out with guns blazing. I was a little diappointed because HR guy kind of just absorbs body blows and really doesn't ask for clarification. I'm sure he hears the same things everyday from people leaving, but isn't smart enough to do something about it. |
