What are your best sales stories?

I had one bodyshop owner tell me how bad he felt for ERAC employees. He said people consider anyone in the auto industry to be less than dog @#%$- esp. body shop owners - and ERAC makes you have a college degree to grovel to bodyshop owners in a shady alley in a white shirt.
