I recall an area manager telling an MT that when he gets promoted to Asssistant Manager, he'll be making close to $50k. Well, if close means $20k, then he was right. :)
Overpromise and underdelivery is what this company is all about and why you don't see too many people in their 30's unless they are a level III. The twenty somethings just think this is how it is. |
