I never wanted to talk to them, just like they didn't really want to talk to me. So I would just walk in, make small talk and end with "So how is our service for you". They would usually say ok and maybe a few "but's" and that was that. All they really wanted was the pizza or donuts anyway. Basically sales calls were just a way for us to get out and try and fix problems that the companies policies made in the first place, mostly not enough cars. |
