That's 8 Branch Managers gone and 2 area managers in 7 months. What the fuck is going on with your company. If you think this is a great company to work for, you're sorely mistaken. I think upper management needs to wake up and start training their people better. Isn't it their responsibility to give support/training to their managers? Tell me how long will this continue before upper management starts taking some responsibility?
