Mark Tadder? That seems to be the mystery. I heard two things: one he was fired and the other was that he wasn't performing and Erac gave him options and he decided to resign and take the ERAC compensation severance pay. I heard same thing happened to a guy in Reno who was a branch manager for over 11 years. Das boot!!
