Any Branch Manager or Finance Mgr. I had while working in CAR SALES. And you Rental Employees thought you were only getting screwed by customers and managers.

I don't know how many times BM and Finance Mgrs. in Car SALEs do not want to pay rental employees their spiffs for sending over customers. A lot of times I saw them source it to internet, "walk-in's, or customer referrals. Giving money to an employee takes away profit from the managers bottom line. Internet and customer referrals don't get paid spiffs.

I don't know how many times I had to fight for the rental employee to make sure they received their spiff. I would get the mgrs. saying "oh, we talked to the customer, and they saw us orginally on the interent, or ...so and so customer referred them over to us."

f you want $$, go to nearest dealership and tell them you will send over your referrals. They pay more than ERAC does to their employees!!!
